met up with the tenant family.. seems like nice people.. DEAL $1.4k for a minimum of 5-6 mths.just wat i am looking for.come back met up with the car washer Raja-bangala booked his service too for $30,every monday till thurs 4 times a week he washes..good deal.. told alex about that painting venture,he will find the indian and we shall start this profitting business hahah..guess today was dealing day.hahha miss deedee..
