a new phenomenon has began...many believed it will spread.. and many like myself hopes it does... so we can buy flat cheaper haahha...hopefully oni.. it the crisis over for us???
1 consolation is that the price of condo still above wat we bought for .. ranging from 560k to 598k ..so indeed that was a good price we got...
